If this is "Red Popies" [poppies], why aren't any of the red poppies in focus?

Why not isolate and focus on a couple of the Popies.Looks like you focused on the middle ground on the white flowers.Its pretty and all but IMHO it was executed wrong. One good thing about flower shots,they don't fly away,or run away so you can reshot it.

It's not so much the OOF poppies because I can understand the reversal, having the poppies be the subjects yet OOF.
It's that single poppy (or 2) on the left which is so close to the edge and seems to be partly in focus.
It draws my eye yet really isn't part of any composition.

I like #9 however # 10 saturation point may have been met. Have fun.
