It's bloody screaming hot where I am (Lakeland, Fl) and all the birds are either sitting and panting, or trying to find a shady spot.

Yikes, I can see how that would be very uncomfortable. We are having a few hot days, hot for those of us at 50°N is being above 30°C, but the humidity is low - 30-40%. For us it is hot when our usual temperature these days is closer to the mid 20s C.

Hope it cools off soon.
