Redness reduction?

Hello,

I took a picture of a friend of mine for a school project, but I am trying to touch up the picture so his face doesn't look so red. Unfortunately, I don't have any kind of software to do such.

Could anyone here help me out with this photo? It would be greatly appreciated.
