Fine pictures, but as the other says, the third is the best. The first two are a little too bright in the in the highlights.

Awesome set. #3 is awesome but I like #1 the best for the composition, line, and the hunting gaze of the heron.

Like the last one the most but feel the highlights are much too bright. I only used Shadows/Highlights adjustment in PS.

Thank you all. he was very cooperative. I took several shots and liked these the best. As for the bright hilites, I took them down as far as I could in Lightroom. My editing skills are sorely lacking.

This is great! I really need to take a course in LR and PS so I can get more out of them. I generally only do some global editing in LR and call it a day.
