Cool. Tell me, is it HDR converted to b&w ? The picture is for my taste too smooth. Not only the car.

No it isn't converted HDR but not far from it I guess. I was going for a look like it had been processed through Nik Silvere Efex. But since I do not have it I did it all in photoshop. I adjusted the contrast of the sky to the car and the ground in a separate layers first but then rest was done adjusting exposure, brightness, contrast, gamma, and offset. This was done in 3 to 4 layers as well if I recall. I fine tuned it a lot after I converted to black and white. It was adjusted more after it was converted than it was before.
