Removing high amount of noise

Hello, I'm new.

1st of all i'm not a pro or even an advanced photographer. I use my N93 (3.2mp) to take photos - not fantastic but makes nice photos (...noisy )

The mobile makes sharp images (completely no post processing - pure captured image...) but it efects in noise. If i make photos in bright areas usually there is some or no noise in Y or Cr/Cb chanels (its very easy to remove the last 2 - default neat image settings), the problem starts with Y (but it is not serious with bright photos). In darker areas i get noise in all 3, i manage to remove the Cr/Cb noise to get satisfactional quality but i dont know how to remove Y noise without getting mudly - blured image.

My question is how to effectively remove the Y noise without dramatic sharpness reduction. Sry if i'm quite funny saying that i make photos with my mobile... but its better than nothing.
I have Photoshop CS, Neat Image.

Have you tried using the Noiseware plugin for photoshop?
