I like the way the HDR brings out the reflections.
The reflections are both interesting and distracting.
I like the colors and tones.
Too bad you cut the edge off the headlight.
Not sure if it's an effect of the HDR, but the wetness on the car looks more like dirt than water. Not sure I like it.

Of all the above, the headlight bothers me the most.

Thanks for the comments, I went back to the original and found I had a shot including the full headlight, so to see what it would look like I did a quicky merge onto the original image to see the effect it would have.
This is not for any CC except composition comparison with the original.
Perhaps image balance is a little better on the original. . Or not...I'm not sure?

I agree. Balance is better on #1.
