A man gives one of his sons 10 cents and tells him not to spend it for 1 hour.. he gives his other son 15 cents and tells him not to spend it for 2 hours and 15 minutes. What time is it?

A man goes to prison for murder and is only allowed visitation by family. One day a man shows up to see the prisoner... a guard takes him back to a holding area where the prisoner is waiting.

"Is the man a member of your family?" asks the guard.

The prisoner replies ..

" Of brothers and sisters I have none, this mans father is my fathers son."

Who is the visitor?
