Canada's Wonderland and the last ride of they day. It is a little soft I know but the light was gone and they were going about a million miles an hour.

Thanks, I know they are not great but any input of what could be better is welcome. I just love them because of the looks on their faces and I really like people pics that really makes you think about how the person is feeling at the time. These do make ya smile don't they.

Honestly, I think you did quite well for amusement park pics. It would be above my current skill set to try to suggest anything that would have made them better. Although I do think the 2nd one is underexposed. I also think it would have been cool to take the pics after dark when the lights were on, but then you wouldn't get the kids' faces.

Another suggestion would be to place yourself where the 'car' is traveling perpendicular to you and pan a slow shutter speed exposure.

Park closed at 5pm so night wasn't an option and it was starting to get cold.

As for panning with them perpendicular I would not have been able to see the kids. I'll push the values on the second one. All I did I think was a crop as far as I remember.

The best was a video from my iPhone of my daughter and I on the vortex. She was just tall enough to get on and wasn't sure she should. Turns out she had a crazy streak in her and she is laughing tue whole way around.
