It is interesting that there are reflections of clouds in the water and yet I do not see the clouds in the sky. I am not sure why this is, but the sky appears to be blown out just a bit, or the part of the sky I can see in the reflection is not included in the top part of the image. As for the rest of the picture, 1) I would be tempted to clone out the twig sticking out of the water in the left foreground and also the bits of stuff (not sure what they are) that appear to be floating around in the water, particularly in that part of the water that is reflecting the sky. 2) the colours look a little flat so I would be tempted to add a bit of vibrancy to them, but I can't suggest anything specific without knowing what you are using for post-processing. HTH.

Rather tranquil scene you managed to snap, If you were able to get some details out of the sky(if there is any) and maybe convert the image in to B+W . just a thought.
