I only started taking photos on Monday but I'm pretty happy with the shots I got by the river in Ely.

Great contrast and overall very dynamic photos in terms of lighting. The first image has strong leading lines but you can probably crop a little off the top-left corner to enhance this visual even more. As for the second image, I like the ripples in the water and your shadows are excellent but I feel like you might clipped the whites a tad bit.
