I believe 'German Cockroach' is the exact type, quite small, this one maybe 1 cm tops minus the antennae (thankfully).
I remembered my old Olympus XZ-1 had a 'Super Macro' mode so decided to give it a go - not too bad after a some post but shame one of the antennae is out of focus, was too close on this mode possibly.

Yeah plernty of whoppers here as well but not inside so much also (and if they were - I wouldn't be!)
