Sorry, but I don't see anything interesting in this image. You go to China/India/Vietnam and you can see these almost everywhere.

You do - but then this shot is nicely framed, the green in the shirt and cover of the shop nicely match each other and contrast with the rest. It is not the subject matter, it is the effect it evokes that makes it art in my view.

It's subjective; I don't really see anything great or captivating about it either, even if it's well composed. Lew has posted much more interesting and captivating photos than this in my opinion.
