rolling with this flower/bugs theme

I'm noticing a trend today, probably has something to do with the fact that it's spring and the flowers are blooming!

None of them are really sharp enough or are out of focus. The second is kind of neat but only the ant on the left is in focus. The crop on the first one is really tight (there's not much room at the top). I'm sure you were going for some type of creative shot for the last one but it's just not working for me. You captured the middle portion of what I assume is a leaf of some sort. An excellent try but to me you missed the mark.

well, i really like number one! Nice use of DOF.

i like the last one. interesting way of shooting a flower but you might want to consider posting photos at a smaller scale... i have to scroll to see the entire photo.
