You did not ask for c&c but I thought I would offer my .02. The first two are well done, I prefer the first best. On #3, to me it is too tightly cropped. There is not place for the subject to run. To me it seems like he is about to run off the page (or in my case here into my other monitor).

#2 you need the left arm up and not the right. The shadow you made is extremely distracting.

I like the dramatic lighting in the first two. I wish they had been shot in another setting, this location seems too closed in, particularly with the bushes intruding from the right of the frame. And this is a case where I think the Rule of Thirds should be broken. In the first two he is square to the camera, and particularly in the first - in his "marks" position - his body creates a nicely symmetrical shape. I personally think these would work very well with centered compositions.

I really like the third - great body position captured, and I like the processing. I agree that it is too tightly cropped, though I would be fine with space before of behind him. Each would create a different feel to the shot and a different story being told (give him space to run into or show that he's so fast he's running out of the frame).
