S6500 aperture and shutter

hi, i am using kodak c360 compact. but i wanna buy a dslr..whats the highest aperture value and lowest aperture value of fujifilm s6500?

The S6500fd is not a dslr(it's a big compact, wannabe dslr...good camera though).

f/2.8 to f/11 wide, f/4.9 to f/11 tele(max zoom).

Yes, in manual mode you can choose aperture and shutter speed.
