Both shot with Canon 60D w/50mm f1.4 focused on the eyes...

She's a cutie!

I like both shots for her pose and expression. I like the B&W conversions too, but I think you have a few white hot spots (in the first shot on her arm, in the second shot at the left side of her face) that you might want to try to tone down a little bit if you can.

Like what Blacksheep said, the second pic has some blown out areas on the right side of her face. Other than that, it's great. Focus is right.
