Not bad. I like the first two the best of the lot. Just for future postings, I believe these are called Sandhill Cranes. One request, would you mind numbering your images when you post them. This makes it a lot easier for a reviewer to refer to any specific image.

Very nice captures, we have a pair that walk through our yard almost daily.
 
Love them. Especially #1. For some reason I'm infatuated with bird eyes :)

I want to just say "Lucky!", but it doesn't sound as good as if I did it in Napoleon Dynomite's voice in the movie. So I'll just say 'I'm jealous!' instead.

Very nice. I like #4 for the odd pose.
 
They are beautiful birds. SM4HIM and I went to a wildlife refuge back in February where thousands of the Sandhill Cranes from the northern states migrate to. We were late in the season but there were still hundreds of them around. Their web site indicates that during the peak (counted in 2010) there are around 50,000 of them there.
