This place is too unique to really describe in words. Our 6 hours on the island turned into only 4 so it was a bit of a whirlwind. I hired a local photographer to tour the island with, and it was really worth it, he gave his philosophy on photography and his mantra when shooting. Really worth it.

Looks like a beautiful place, thanks for sharing.
 
I like them, great pictures, some seem a little blown out. I don't know what editing software you use, but the latest iteration of lightroom has "Dehaze" which would fix the sky very well.
 
check your monitor; not seeing what you're seeing. Histograms are telling me the same. Most I've posted here are with the CPL rotated to max effect and the sky is "artificially" darkened.

even looking at the image i think has the lightest sky, it's still not blown out:

just small portions of the brightest sun-kissed spots in the scene are blown, which is completely fine IMHO.



I'm a strong dehaze abuser, but didn't see the need to use on these shots.
 
Neat pics, glad to see you're having a good time in an incredibly photogenic place.
