The selective color is too little or too much.
If selective color is what you want, go all in or skip it entirely.

I like the repetition of the horizontal white (light yellow) stripes on the vests.
It's a potentially powerful component of this image, but as stated above - the "story" is not obvious.

Still, it pulls me in - just not enough.
