Ripping,
Pulling,
Digging...at my scars.

Embeded in my skin,
Like a dirty sidewalk...
Only to be walked on.

Removed, forever...
Never seen,
Only then will I be happy...
With my scar tissue.

nice one woody, this rocks..... you managed to get hold of one of those masks then! (i got the same one... used in one of my pics.. 'weapon of choice' i think i called it).... anywho... this looks great... love the lighting.

so, is the skin detail brought out using makeup or summin?... or is it all post processing?... works for me either way :thumbup:

Yep...found one during Halloween. Knew I'd get to use it sooner or later

Just in case someone doesn't understand what going on...the mask is on the back of my head. I just reached my hands around my back. So you're seeing the scars on my back and shoulder area.

It's all post work Arch. I've got the kind of scars that turn white, and rise off the skin. Well, most of em. Others just turn a dark color. And obviously, my back is heavily scarred. Worked with layer masks to make the black/white scars stand out from the skin tones. Then there was some selective dodge/burn of the hands.
