It looks like the background is purposefully desaturated so all the flowers stand out more, it sort of works here.
The problem I have is that it isn't clear what you are presenting as the center of interest. All 3 of the flowers are partially obscured and the flowers look a bit washed out.

Since I don't know the real colors of these flowers I am stuck.

sorry, several typos obscured what I really meant to mean.
I understand that the flowers are not altered but the view of them isn't very satisfactory.
The view of each one is obscured, the arrangement and angle is a bit muddled and the entire shot is sort of flat.

The flowers being separated from the background was nicely done (for those that like selective coloring) but i have to agree that this same setup done at a slightly different angle might have worked a bit better for me. A little more camera right or left would have brought one of the flowers front and center, making it the undisputed focus of the shot. As is, it seems that all 3 flowers are vying for attention with none the sure winner.
