This is a very interesting picture: the way the walking man is looking at the dog is a great capture.
For me, the group of walking man, dog and man looking at phone is the compositional anchor so I would cut some of the left side and bottom of the image away, placing the intersection of vertical and horizontal thirds lines at the dog's head, the middle of the phoning man's torso (very close to the phone) and the walking man's upper arm (near the woman's elbow). This brings the viewer closer to the, again for me, most interesting part of the image.
