The sun was FAR too bright yesterday for good photography but in number one I like the effect of the sun shining through the mesh of her hat and number two (despite the shadowed face) I like the layering of the background from the white flowers (weeds) to the field and the hedgerow. An assistant with a diffuser would have been very useful but not compatible with a day out with SHE WHO MUST BE OBEYED. C&C always welcome
