Cool idea!

Your post production needs a little work.

It is pretty obvious where the PP shadow ends from the shadow projected on the wall.

The post production shaddow is way too sharp. It makes it look like the PP shaddow is a seperate entity in itself. I can tell where the sharpness and the original shaddow meets. Use the Blur tool in photoshop to smooth out the sharp PP shadow for starters.

An off camera flash lighting her front would work, and a bit of light (maybe a reflector) to put some detail back into the shadow would work well, I think.
 
the sun was towards her front. but this was a random shot of a girl waiting for someone outside the bathrooms at the NC state flea market.... that type of setup doesnt work well for random shots lol, but thanks for the input!
