Once again it is the first photo that appeals to me most of this little series on shadows in the countryside!

Wait, we've been here before, at least the hill in #3. I like the light better this time around though (although maybe too much sky). Next time we go up there maybe you can take us to a vertical shot from more to the right or on a blustery day? I've been told (over and over and over...) 50/50 composition isn't so great... curses.

I think #2 is an anti-photo. Pretty, but maybe should have been passed by except for a pleasent memory. Too much hole in the middle.

You have a better exposure on #1 and didn't lose the clouds. :thumbup:

Funny, and I like exactly that hole I know it does not follow any rules of thumb and certainly composition could be improved, but still I like it for trhe mood and impression of the landscape it carries. therefore it remains my favourite
