Sharpness at 1/60?

I was shooting video with 250w/s modeling lights last night and I still had to use as slow a shutter speed as I could get with a pretty high ISO so that I could get a usable apeture that didn't cause the subjects to go in and out of focus.

I say ditch the CL lights and get flash, unless you get something like this Arri L0.36700.E (L036700) 3 Head 750W Plus Lighting Kit - includes 3 x Arrilite 750 Plus heads including 4-leaf barndoor, 3 x lighting stand AS-01 050MKA, 3 x lamp 750W, 1x scrim set, 1 x filter pack

We had people shooting on 5 sets simultaneously and ran out of strobes, had to use CL's for one of the sets.

If there is any subject movement at all.... or any camera movement, at 1/60, it will be noticeable....
