Good picture, agree about the green skin but it's also part of the backdrop effect I think, maybe a different backdrop color? I think the main distraction to me is her hair color not her looking at the camera, I actually like that she is looking at it like making it clear she desires to get the ratio and not looking down and to her right like someone mention bc then she'd be kinda saying it is a painful thing and she's punishing herself, my perspective, great shot!
