Shooting Ducks (c&C) :)

Hi,
New to the forums.. I was at the park yesterday taking picture and got of these ducks swiming. When took this shot I was really trying toget the reflection of the trees and the water swirls... I took this with my d5100 with the kit lense ... Unfortunetly I don't recall the settings I used when taking this picture because I was experimenting with so many different set ups...

C&C would be greatly appreceated.

I would crop it from the bottom and from the right to put them in a position as to where they look as though they are moving from left to right and not so much in the center. I would also punch up the mid tones to bring out some detail in the ducks.

I think it's a good shot to start with, just tweak it a bit and it could be a great picture.
