all these waves shot where taking at Waimea Bay Hawaii there about 6 to 8 feet...

In general they are all underexposed and have soft focus. Generally, posting 1 image at a time gets the best C&C. Putting a blank line between each photo helps the presentation of each.
Flash would have helped light the face of the wave. I suspect the depth-of-field is limited by the camera/lens used.

I added 0.7 EV of exposure, globally capture sharpened (amount - 25), increased the Vibrance, dodged (lightened) the face of the wave, cloned some background distractions out, boosted the mid-tone contrast, and added a thin black border.

Check out Clark Little, a Hawaii local. He has some of the most amazing and iconic Waimea shore break shots taken. I miss the 808 like crazy. . .can't wait to leave the CONUS.
