Should I try using some old film I had froze in 2004?

I had some kodak VC400 which expired in 2002. I decided to freeze it because I was in and out of the hospital and in no shape to do any shooting. Should I even try to use this film or just trash it.?
I purchased a used 50mm. lens for my Hasselblad. There's some grape vinyard nearby I would like to try this lens out on.

It should be okay; I used to routinely used film that was expired by several years and had been stored on my closet shelf...
