Sierra Hull... SO EXCITED

I feel like such a doof, but I'm really charged up.

I've been subjecting my eldest daughter to a lot of different music, and lately it's been bluegrass. In recent months it's been a lot of Sierra Hull. On a larf I checked to see if she was playing in town anytime soon about a week ago... and it turned out she was playing tonight! I got tickets and managed to get in and get my girl up to the front row, and she had a BLAST. She loved the music.

Anyway at the end my daughter really wanted to meet Sierra, so I sorta hung around after everyone left and managed to bump into her. My daughter and I were SO excited we both basically acted like star-struck goofs, but Sierra was very sweet and it was really cool to meet her. Tiny little gal... I think my 11 year old may have been taller than her.

Anyway, great show. SO excited.

Love bluegrass and love Sierra Hull! Not too many people know/like bluegrass around these parts so I'm always glad to hear people enjoying it and subjecting their children to it!

Yup. Definitely a little off the beaten path. I was able to get tickets a week in advance of the show, which is sort of unheard of... AND my daughter was the only one under 20 there. Possibly the only one under 30. Heck, at 42 I think I was probably one of 20 people under 50.
