Very nice textures and colours.
But I am not happy with the vertical thing there.
Even though I know that the man in the background does not even see it, it seems to be blocking his view and takes away from the space and openness that else would have been there.
In this case, I find the lines (vertical and diagonal) are conflicting.

I think if you'd taken a step or two to the right you'd have better spacing between what's left of this tree truck (probably whipped to death in a hurricane) and the figure on the pier. Or even stepped in next to it to capture the shot. I agree with LaFoto, the figure on the pier needs some space to be gazing into.

Aside from that, it's a lovely shot of a lovely day.
