Sigma 300mm f2.8

Just bought this lens, and it is unbelievable. Can't believe the sharpness, the depth of field and the speed of the lens its blowing me away.

I'm just wondering though, it has a speck of dust inside the lenses, its tiny, I'm thinking its not worth messing about, being a telephoto and all.

if its on the inside then the only fixer is a return - which is a pain. If its not bothering you and not appearing in shots or not being a both then just ignor it
But keep and eye on your warrenty - its free to fix now, but after 3 years (sigma get 2 years extra - least in the UK they do if you register the lens) you have to pay.

a spec of dust in a telephoto does nothing but perhaps hurt it's resale value.

btw: how good is that lens wide open?
