Sigma zoom-k ii 70-210mm f4.5

Hello, I know my query has nothing to do with an actual EOS lens, however I'm looking to adapt a Sigma zoom-k ii 70-210mm f4.5 lens to my Canon EOS camera using and adapter. The problem is that I cannot identify the mount type and I was hoping someone here would be able to help me. I currently have K-Mount, FD ,and MD lens mount adapters, and I've tried attaching it using those types, but to no avail. I'm including some pictures, and I do hope someone can identify it. I receive all the news from Sigma since I own several Sigma lenses. I believe I saw something from them several months ago that they will convert some of their lenses from one type camera to another. Perhaps you should contact them.
