Sure, but its far from being a simple question.

The f-stop is the size lens aperture relative to the lens focal length. The f-stop is a fraction with f equal to the lens focal length so f/2 is a much larger lens aperture opening than f/16 is.

The ISO setting describes how sensitive the image sensor is to light. a low ISO , like ISO 100, is much less sensitive to light than ISO 800 is.E

Exposure time is set with the shutter speed.

All 3 settings (the exposure triad), f-stop, ISO, and shutter speed determine the exposure of the photo. When not using Auto exposure mode, most camera's display a reflected light meter in the camera viewfinder to assist in setting the exposure triad values. ,amy combinations of the 3 exposure triad setting s yoeld a properly exposed image, though usually only 1 or 2 of those combinations yield an image that has pleasing artistic merit.

Each of the 3 settings also controls some artistic aspect of a photograph.
Shutter speeds determines if motion in the scene is stopped or blurred.
Lens aperture has a part in determining how deep, or shallow, the zone of focus is. (depth-of-field, or DoF)
The ISO setting has a part in how much image noise a photo has.
