Dundalk is a working class suburb east of Baltimore and the fairs there haven't changed much in 50 years - and look exactly like that.

No one seems to be very happy to be at this fair. I like that the cartoonist drew him with the frown and everything. Glad you kept the background visible. It helps to get a sense of place in this photo.
