Skylands Longboard Race

Too much of everything else, not enough of the primary subject(s). Fill that frame (when shooting) with racers and you've got some shots. As is, meh.
 
I'm still getting my panning shots down, the skaters move so quick and we're so close to the action. One thing I've been trying to do is put more landscape in, like Dubler and Jon Huey do. Nice shots though, my critique isn't great as I am still learning.

I like the first shot.

I think the first two shots would benefit quite a bit if they were cropped so that the rider dominated the frame more.
