Sleeping Giant Castle

This is a small castle at the top of Sleeping Giant trail in Connecticut. It was a rather overcast day. PP: adjusted the levels etc...then converted to BW via channel mixer in CS3.

Critique Request: Wondering about the BW conversion on this. Something seems off to me. Contrast, composition....etc...thanks in advance.

The shot itself isn't visually stunning. You need a more interesting subject, or maybe a more interesting way at conveying this one.
