Slightly OT: Where's everyone buying Matting Materials in the USA?

I want to attempt to sell some photos on consignment. Is foam backing board the way to go or is standard backing sufficient?

Also, where to get mats, backing and bags? I bought some stuff from Golden State Art 50~11x14 Mats Matting for 8x10 + FOAM BOARD + bags FREE SHIPPING [PF101] - $86.99 : Mat Board, Pre-Cut Picture Mats, photo mats, Frame matting- GoldenStateArt.com but they're all the way across the country and I wonder if there's not someplace closer to save on shipping.

I get my mats from Plaza Art - Silver Spring, Bethesda, Rockville. I believe they have a store in the city, as well. I use plain white mat board for backing - I've had problems with the thickness of foam board and getting ti to fit in certain frames.
