slr/laptop bag

i'm not sure if this is in the right forum but i'm looking for some suggestions on a bag.

i'd like to get a messenger bag to fit my laptop/papers and also my rebel w/15-88.

does anyone have any suggestions on a decent bag that'll work for me? i've been looking around and it seems that most messenger bags are quite thin and wouldnt hold a slr.
