I'm not liking the crop/composition. I know she's sitting, but I don't see that because you cut off the bottom part of that bench or what is it

When I first saw this I was like - "meh, another shot of the back of someones head."

I looked at this a couple more times and the hand with the cig is classic. I can hear the Jersey accent from here.
I think there are some good elements here, but it's still missing something.
Nothing draws me in to keep me interested for very long despite the "cigarette in the hand" bit.
I want to see a face or else there needs to be something bigger telling a story.
