Not the kind you dopers are thinking of!

These type of fatties are made up of sausage rolled around your choice of stuffing's, this particular one is stuffed with pickled hot green beans, sliced jalapenos, and Muenster cheese. Then that sausage roll is in turn rolled up in a weave of bacon. put in the smoker for about four hours.

That weave looks professional.

What are those other two cuts on the grille?

A 2 1/2# pork loin, and a corned beef.

Beneath that on the bottom rack is a 17# beef brisket.

22 1/2"

Brisket smoked for 14 hours.

Mmmmmm mouth watering :)

Get yourself an I-Grill and call it a day... oh, and never underestimate the amount of beer needed to properly smoke a brisket. If you think you have enough... you probably dont...
