Very true: it is the mountains in the background, nicely blurred and yet still to be recognised, that really enhance this photo and give it the context it needs. I've by now just about had it to her *puts flat hand to upper lip* with the snow of this winter, but I still like THIS photo of grass and snow! This one is special, different from the flatland snow that I see here (this morning AGAIN! Freshly fallen, groan!).
