Andrew: Please do not modify my photos - and yes, I know how to use Photoshop, thank you.

Please note that my photos are copyrighted - I am expecting you to delete the file off of imageshack, you had no right to upload it there...i'm really not happy about my photos being hosted out in the public domain - thank you.

holy crap dude, why would you EVER EDIT ANYONES WORK? MUCH LESS WITHOUT ASKING. can you say copyright infringment?

to top it off you did a bad job. notice the chroma in the first image, and super high chroma in the one you edited, this means its peaked in exposure capability. an underexposed image looks better than somthing uber noise imo.

a mod should remove that image.

Mike: thanks for the words of support...what really pees me is the uploading of my image (and i know it's not a masterpiece) to a public server..as if it was
a stock image.

I like the image as it is... it gives it a more 'getting dark' time of day...which helps the mood of the shot imo.... great capture. :thumbup:

Just so people know if a user has OTE (okay to edit) under thier image then you may do so.... otherwise its a no no, thanks for removing the image andrew.

The photo is not for sale. None of my photos are for sale. My site does not accept or show ads either.

Andrew I think you are really missing the point. That was obvious from the rude and sarcastic private message you sent me.

andrew, are you really going to critique as if your the authority? as if you've been a master photographer for half a century?

plus i'm pretty sure in your thread "first time shooting raw" you had this same thing going on . . . with some overexposed skin, which after someone mentioned you still didn't do anything about. BUT, since its your image, it was left at that.
