I do agree with frequency that there is no interesting point in the pic. Try to find something that makes it out standing and lead the viewer's eyes.

That tree you chose to photograph sooo struggles for attention, yet that second branch and the pole compete - and seem to win. The twisted lines of the tree branches and twigs plus the busy background (houses and fence) compete, too. So all in all this photo is way too busy for the eye to rest upon anything at all, I'm afraid.
