A bit washed out and the crop job sort of makes it a snap-shot... Nothing against those, as that's what I usually take..

Here's a little remake with further cropping, resizing and a touch of mid-range boost and sharpen.. When your subject is slightly looking off camera, you should give her some room to look.....
