quick question.. about how far apart were the exposures? I am trying to learn this art. You acheived an amazing sky with those clouds in that third picture. I wonder how long you waited between the three pics.

As it was sooooooooo windy all 3 shots were taken within 1 second.
As for the clouds, I have the Sigma "cloud maker" otherwise known as the Sigma 12-24mm.

Believe me, you've not taken a photo of the sky until you've used a WIDE lens

You have that lens on a camera with an APS or full size sensor?

Mines a 1.3x crop
12mm x 1.3 = 15.6mm ohhhhhhhh baby:mrgreen:
