in portrait studios and such, the photographer always has the camera hooked directly into the computer... and when they take the picture, BOOM its on the computer screen... Nikon Camera Control Pro 2.0, then with lightroom, I turn on Auto Import, and set the auto import folder as the same one that nikon camera control sends the files to. takes about 2 seconds after the picture has been taken.
