Some 4x5 Color Slides and A Self Portrait

I dont have a scanner so I used some paper, my strobe and my D300 to take a picture of each slide. The paper is what cause the weird blotches

The paper added a texture, which makes the sky look terrific in the second image. I like it!

thanks! completely un intentional haha. After taking that photo, I realized on the drive home that my partner metered for the tower itself rather than for the sunset. So it didnt come out exactly how I was hoping. The owner of the bar directly behind us was being bothersome as well. He thought we were a local news crew coming to video in front of his building. We explained it was a film camera, photography. Not video. But I dont think he believed us. Cant say I have ever seen a video camera with bellows on it
